Built by a church, for churches

Our story

Whitmore began as an internal project at Hope Fellowship Church of Ramsey, born from the real needs of a pastoral team trying to coordinate ministry more effectively.

From spreadsheets to software

Like many churches, Hope Fellowship of Ramsey managed their preaching schedule with Google Sheets. Sermon notes lived in various documents. Member information was scattered across multiple systems. It worked, but it wasn't great.

When the pastoral team started looking for better solutions, they found that most church management software was either too expensive, too complex, or didn't focus on the specific needs of sermon preparation and service planning.

So they built their own. What started as a simple internal tool grew into something that other churches might find useful too. Whitmore was born.

"We built Whitmore because we needed it ourselves. Every feature exists because a real pastor asked for it while preparing for real Sundays."
