How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.
Can I use Whitmore on my phone?
Yes! Whitmore is fully responsive and works great on phones and tablets. Access it through your mobile browser - no app download needed.
How do I add more users to my church?
Go to Settings → Team Members → Invite. Enter their email address and select their role. They'll receive an invitation to join your church account.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, all data is automatically backed up daily to secure cloud storage. You can also export your data at any time from Settings.
